1. Order Processing and Design Approval:

To begin your custom canvas order, please select your desired size and make a 50% bank deposit to:

Once your deposit is confirmed, please email 2-5 high-quality photos to premiercanvastt@gmail.com.
Our talented designer will create a unique design based on your submitted photos. We will contact you via call or WhatsApp to share the design for your approval. Production will only commence after we receive your final confirmation.

2. Local Delivery Options and Costs (within Trinidad):

Standard Delivery: $50 TTD
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 weeks from the date of design approval and full payment (or arrangement for Cash on Delivery). Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Trinidad. Standard deliveries typically occur during weekday business hours.
Rush Delivery: $200 TTD
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from the date of design approval and full payment (or arrangement for Cash on Delivery). Rush delivery availability may vary based on your location and our current production schedule. Please call us at 378-6960 to inquire about rush delivery for your area.

3. Important Delivery Information:

Delivery timeframes begin after all of the following are completed: your initial 50% deposit is confirmed, your photos are submitted, and you have approved the final design.
We currently offer delivery to addresses within Trinidad. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any specific instructions. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information.
Local deliveries within Trinidad will be handled by a local courier service.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you via call or WhatsApp to arrange a convenient delivery time. We will also provide any relevant tracking information, if applicable.

4. Payment of Remaining Balance and Delivery Fee:

Upon your design approval, you can choose one of the following payment methods for the remaining 50% balance and the shipping fee:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the outstanding balance and delivery fee in cash to our delivery personnel when you receive your custom canvas. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.
Bank Transfer: Complete a bank transfer for the remaining balance and shipping fee to:

- Account Name: Proguest Marketing Services
- Account Number: 110000003283912 If you choose this option, please email proof of payment to premiercanvastt@gmail.com or WhatsApp 378-6960. Your delivery will be scheduled once payment is confirmed.
